Chef: Antonis Gavalas

Antonis has recently joined “Carmen Serena” in a very enthusiastic way. After his graduation from the Chief’s Academy he started his career as a cook in various hotels and luxury restaurants in Athens and Greek islands as well. His passion for travelling led him to the yachting world. As he is a creative, energetic and open minded person, full of new ideas, he will never say “no” to new tasty challenges in order to surprise and please our guests in every possible way. He is specialized in Mediterranean and International dishes but he also likes to create new pastry flavours. He is 39 years old married with children and he speaks fluently both English and French.
