Chef: Antipas Dimitris

Dimitris has currently joined "Carmen Serena" in a very enthusiastic way. His passion of travelling drives him into the sea world and after his graduation from the Chef's Academy he started his career as assistant cook on luxury cruise ships where he travelled to almost everywhere in the world. For the last 5 years he has been working as chef in luxury yachts. As he is creative, energetic and an open minded person, full of new ideas, he will never say “no” to new tasty challenges in order to surprise guests in every possible way. He is specialized in Mediterranean and International dishes however, he also enjoys to create new flavors. He is 39 years old, is fluent in English and speaks basic Spanish.
