Steward: Demetris Modinos

| Demetris is a certified Steward. At the beginning of his career he worked in well-known first class restaurants for more than 4 years, where he obtained a great experience and professionalism. At the end of 2000 he joined “Carmen Serena”, with the passion and enthusiasm of a person who strives to achieve any important goal at his professional career. He continuously tries to expand his knowledge field and to improve his future expectations, either by studying or by participating in seminars concerning Hostelling Services and Restaurant Management. Demetris has also proven his ability to adapt efficient methods and solutions in any crew matter. Being a trustworthy and lively person, he always manages to do everything possible to keep our guests happy and he is really good at that! He is also a big sports fun and particularly likes swimming. He is 34 years old and fluent in English. |
